25% deposit.

Please note our
cancellation policy:

Up to 30 days
prior to arrival: 5% of the deposit will be charged.

Cancellation
from 30 days to 22 days before arrival: the deposit is
not refundable.

From 21 to 15 days
before arrival: 50% of the full booking will be charged.

From 14 to 8 days: 75%
of the full booking will be charged.

Cancellation of a reservation
from 7 days up to the confirmed date of arrival, or non-arrival without prior cancellation: the full amount for the accommodation will be charged from the credit card.
